Reservation and Payment Rules

1. Seating Selection for SRS, S, A: Each SRS and S ticket has a unique number printed corresponding to its seating placement in the venue. I.K.O.N. Honbu reserves the right to select a seat number for ticket purchasers on a first come first served basis.

2. Do not reserve more tickets than you need. Do not intentionally reserve more tickets than you need and cancel them later. Such disrespectful actions will significantly damage your and your branch's reputation. Reserve the exact number you need for your team members.

3. Your ticket reservation will be completed when payment is made. If you select the #1 or #2 payment option, we cannot guarantee that we will keep the number of your tickets until you make payment. To secure the number of your tickets, we recommend paying in advance by selecting the #3 or #4 option.

4. For #1 and #2, no cancelation is allowed after September 10. After the date, a full amount will be charged even if you need to cancel your reserved ticket(s).

5. For #3 and #4, no refund will be made after September 10. After the date, a refund won't be made even if you want to cancel the tickets you paid for.

6. Invoice: An invoice will be sent to you by August 31st.

7. Tickets: The tickets will be handed out in person when you visit Honbu on September 26 or 27.
