Manners as respectful Kyokushin Fighters
-
Do not warm up in the hallway!

Last year, some international competitors left the ice after the tournament. The ice melted and damaged the floor. Do not put your water bottle or a bag of ice on the hardwood floor!

You can only eat on the second floor. Do not eat on the ground floor including the warm-up area.
-
Immodest behaviors such as fist pump, roar of victory, lengthy speech and so on might undermine the point of Kyokushin Spirit so be careful and act as a martial artist.
-
You will be representing your branch/team. Be sure to maintain good manners all the time. If the event officials see you break these etiquette rules above, you and your branch/team will be banned from the tournament next year.
In Case You Lost
-
When losing a match before reaching the semi-finals, fighters need to change into regular clothes from their dogi. Then, they can sit in seat A on the main floor (or seat B on the second floor) as a spectator.
