I.K.O.N. Black Belt Exam

• 8:30 am to 11:00 am.

• Testing for Shodan to Rokudan

• A test fee: US$100.00

• Submit by September 30 (No exception)

• An invoice will be issued by Honbu in November.

• Share the grading requirements and the I.K.O.N. Black Belt Ido Geiko standards with your candidate before registering them.

• Protective Gear: All Dan candidates must bring punching gloves and shin/instep guards to the exam.

• Test results will be announced within four weeks after the exam.

• If the candidate passes, they will be required to pay the registration fee listed below.

• The following branch representatives are requested to have their respective Head Branch Chiefs complete this form on their behalf (titles such as Sensei and Shihan have been omitted): Balakrishnan Kuppusamy, Thanos Tziras, Dalamagas Georgios, Konstantin Nikonorov, Siyabonga Tyandela, Bonga Kubukeli, and Eric Snyders

Agreement and Waiver

I am registering myself or my member for this Black Belt exam as their representative. I declare that:

1. The member named below has been fully informed of the risks associated with physical activities. Therefore, they agree not to hold any sponsors, organizations, or individuals responsible should any injury of any nature occur while participating in this belt exam.

2. I take full responsibility for the member during their stay in Taiwan, including obtaining travel insurance to cover any emergencies, including injuries. I further confirm that the member has received medical clearance from a doctor to undertake this physically demanding exam.

3. Upon acceptance to participate in the Dan exam, the member will follow all instructions provided by the examiners.

4. I understand and accept that this registration may be canceled at any time.

5. I acknowledge and agree that taking photographs and/or videos is strictly prohibited during the exam.
