The following branch representatives are requested to have their respective Head Branch Chiefs complete this form on their behalf (titles such as Sensei and Shihan have been omitted): Balakrishnan Kuppusamy, Thanos Tziras, Dalamagas Georgios, Konstantin Nikonorov, Siyabonga Tyandela, Bonga Kubukeli, and Eric Snyders
This form shall be filled out by the head branch chief for the branches that have multiple representatives, except for Poland.

Honbu is aware of the concerns related to transgender and gender non-conforming individuals. At this time, we will continue with the traditional approach while we work toward reaching a thoughtful consensus on the matter among our Japanese and international representatives.
A judge must hold a valid I.K.O.N. membership card. Applications without a membership number will not be accepted.
The judging seminar is scheduled to be held on December 12 at the PingTung Dojo between 14:00 and 17:00.
If a member is competing in both Kata and Kumite, they are not eligible to serve as a judge.
The registered member must wear attire in accordance with the I.K.O.N. dress code for officials. Has he or she confirmed their understanding of the requirements?
