An invoice will be sent in October or November. Sales will be final when the invoice is issued.
The following branch representatives are requested to have their respective Head Branch Chiefs complete this form on their behalf (titles such as Sensei and Shihan have been omitted): Thanos Tziras, Dalamagas Georgios, Konstantin Nikonorov, Siyabonga Tyandela, and Bonga Kubukeli
