Providing your hotel information should be included in the document to speed up the VISA application process at the Japanese Embassy. But if you haven't booked one yet, type "In the process of reserving" under Hotel Name, "00000" under Phone, and "not applicable" under Address.

IMPORTANT! Double-check what you typed before submitting. We prepare your documents based on the information you provide. Wrong information and spelling errors will cause problems in the VISA application process with the Japanese Embassy.
